Cancellation Policy: Fully recognizing that every individual’s situation is in flux - the IAFC’s goal is to make it easier for you to attend WUI 2025. Once you register as an attendee, if you’re not able to attend the live event, full refunds will be available if you cancel by February 20, 2025, in writing to
conferences@iafc.org. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. After February 20, 2025, substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued. Send substitution request to
conferences@iafc.org.
WUI Transfers: WUI attendees who chose to transfer their registration fees will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register with the transferred funds once registration opens. We appreciate your loyalty to WUI and adapting with us over the past years.

The IAFC is committed to enforcing its policy at all levels within the association and at any IAFC meeting. Any person who engages in discrimination or harassment will be subject to discipline and possible removal from a conference premises.
