Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Conference is a crucial opportunity for wildland firefighters, municipalities, and management to view tools and services that enhance WUI safety and effectiveness. WUI 2024 included attendees from 40 U.S. states and 10 countries. With its central location and larger airport, Kansas City will facilitate attendance from an even wider range of locations where wildfire risks and challenges are present.

The WUI Conference brings together diverse stakeholders including firefighters, conservationists, community planners, municpalities, federal/state agencies, and emergency management professionals to explore cutting-edge tools and services that enhance community resilence and safety.

As wildfire threats intensify nationwide, the need for comprehensive strategies spanning prevention, mitigation, and response has never been more critical. The IAFC's Wildland Fire Policy Committee (WFPC) leads this effort, championing innovative approaches to wildland fire management at the national level.

Space Selection Details

Booth Reservations are open for all fire industry companies.Companies are able to merge 10x10 booths together to create 10x20, 10x30 booths, etc. Please contact exhibits@iafc.org if you wish to create an island booth.

Booth Package: Each exhibiting company receives:
- One 6' Black draped table
- Two side chairs
- One wastebasket
- Linear booths with pipe and drape and one 7" x 44" company identification sign
Exhibit hall is not carpeted and carpet is not included.
Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.

Fees & Contract Terms

Costs: The cost per square foot is $15, or $1,500 per 10x10.

Contract and deposit are due within 30 days of the receipt of your space application. Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.

Payment Schedule:

FULL PAYMENT is due within 30 days of booth reservation/contract. By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Rules and Regulations.
LATE FEE of $200 will be added on outstanding balances more than 30 days past due.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Exhibits@iafc.org. Properly requested refunds will be provided per the following schedule:

On or before January 2, 2025 - The IAFC retains 50% of the total amount. If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
After January 2, 2025 - The IAFC retains 100% of the total amount. If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due.
LATE FEE of $200 will be added on outstanding balances more than 30 days past due.

Downsizing by Exhibitor: If downsizing of a space is requested an Exhibitor may be required to move to a new location and cancellation penalties will apply.
